A trailblazer in the fashion and retail industry, Lece Lohr, President of Justice is one of our 2019 Women of Inspiration honorees. Lohr has had many years of extraordinary experiences, holding various executive positions throughout her career. In her position at Justice, she directs the lifestyle brand’s strategic initiatives – providing the hottest fashions and accessories for tween girls through unique experiences in brick and mortar, direct and social channels. Upon hearing about Delivering Good and the impact we make throughout the world, Lohr immediately took action. “Delivering Good’s mission of donating new merchandise to those in need really resonates with me and fits nicely with our Justice mission of empowering and building self-esteem for tween girls,” says Lohr. “One cannot underestimate the power of feeling good about yourself and the confidence that can be gained by receiving new clothes in a time of need.”
When we asked her about the women who inspire her, Lohr shares, “My daughter Amanda inspires me every day. She has always inspired me to be a role model, to be a wonderful mother, wife, leader and person. She has grown into a smart, talented, creative, funny generous woman who is also a great leader in her own right.” She mentions that her top values are honesty, integrity, humility, kindness and positivity which she strives to embody every day and pass on to whomever she meets. “Giving back can be time or money, or both. I am fortunate to lead an organization that funds many efforts in our local community in regards to tween education, health and wellness. My husband and I donate to many causes, particularly those supporting children, veterans and animals.”
Lohr always finds ways to make an impact, either through Delivering Good or within her local community. “I want to build strong, confident women who will be successful and happy in life, who can then go out and build other strong, confident, successful women.” says Lohr.
