Crisis in Ukraine

We are shocked and saddened by the situation in Ukraine that has resulted in the displacement of more than 10 million people to date. Many of those impacted are the country’s most vulnerable, single mothers with children, unaccompanied minors, the elderly, and the infirm. While some surrounding countries are accepting refugees, the need for financial resources to support the growing number of people seeking safety will likely continue for the foreseeable future.

Delivering Good is partnering with four organizations who are working on the ground in Europe to support those fleeing the conflict.

Our current partners:

Horizontes AbiertosOperating since 1978, the Padre Garralda Foundation – Open Horizons is an NGO dedicated to the social integration of people in the greatest need. All it’s work is designed to give hope to the most marginalized in society, through the development of different projects aimed at facilitating their access to a more normal life.

Delivering Good is providing the Padre Garralda Foundation with funding that will help them bring more children out of Ukraine to Spain where they can find safety and normalcy until the conflict ends.

World Central Kitchen (WCK) is a not-for-profit non-governmental organization devoted to providing meals in the wake of natural disasters. Founded in 2010 by celebrity chef, Jose Andres, the organization prepared food in Haiti following its devastating earthquake. Its method of operations is to be a first responder and then to collaborate and galvanize solutions with local chefs to solve the problem of hunger, immediately following a disaster.

Delivering Good is providing World Central Kitchen with a financial grant to support their efforts to provide meals to people on the ground in Eastern Europe.

Over our 37-year history, Delivering Good has developed the expertise to provide support for individuals and families in times of crisis. We know how to work with the right partners, to get the right supplies, to the right place when they are most needed and right now financial support is the most critical need for relief groups on the ground in Ukraine and surrounding areas.

Please consider making a gift today to support the needs of Ukrainians who are fleeing their homes. 100% of funds raised will be passed on to our partners working in Europe who are directly involved in supporting the needs of those who have been displaced from their homes, separated from family, and facing an uncertain future.
